The prototype processed by CNC machining include PP and POM materials etc. The prototype of this kind of material is generally not suitable for surface spray painting because the material does not have the adhesion with the paint.If painting is required, sandpaper should be sanded before painting. There are several types of sandpaper, including coarse sandpaper and fine sandpaper. The product can be stained with water and polished. The last time can sanded it with the finest sandpaper. Then you can sandblast, spray the bottom of the ash. If the surface is high gloss, it needs to be polished more carefully and then polished with a layer of primer.

It is strictly prohibited to use organic solvents (such as gasoline and banana oil) to avoid contaminating the oil removal tank liquid and timely forming a protective film of solid organic solvents on the surface to affect the quality of oil removal.
