The automobile is the most common means of transportation in our life, so automobile prototype also is common type in prototype processing.

Prototype ,As the name suggests, it is the newly developed product proofing, testing the function and structure of the product. The same is true for Automobile prototype. So, How the complicated structure prototype of automobile is made? Today, I would like to explain it how the structure prototype of automobile is made. We take one automobile prototype as an example:

1.Disassembly and programming:

      Duo to many of parts need to be splits for processing, The first step is to disassemble and program by programmer after received the customer's drawings that split the parts and drawings of the product for processing.

2.CNC machining:

      The programmed program will be operated on a CNC machine tool by engineers to obtain the original product.

3.The post-processing of automobile prototype:

      The products processed from CNC milling machines are not smooth, there will be a lot of burrs. The spray paint, screen printing will be affected. So we have to do polishing by handwork with a variety of imported sandpaper to make sure the prototype to be smoothed.

5. Surface finishing:

      The processing of spray paint and screen printing will be carried out after the polishing process was finished.

6. The product is almost finished after the surface process is completed, Our QC will check the quality of prototype and whether the data is correct according to 3D drawings or 2D drawings. Then packed and delivered the goods to the customer .
