CNC aluminum alloy prototype processing method:
Generally, the upper and lower parts of the prototype materials are processed, under special circumstances, the m will be processed on three, four, five or six sides. We will keep the adhesive around the materials that make the material will be fixed . In addition, the prototype materials and CNC worktable will not have a bonding effect,In order to better ensure that the processed prototype materials will not deformation and the material level accurate,The processing materials needs to be positioned by pouring plaster. So gypsum is an indispensable auxiliary material in prototype processing.The cavity surface has been hollowed out during turning processingand product wall thickness is thinner commonly. Duo tothe processing will appear thin wall jitter phenomenonthat the appearance of product will be affected. To filling the gypsum is equivalent to adding the support which makes processing will not give thin wall shaking phenomenon and ensured the processing effect.
CNC prototype processing materials:
1. Plastics: ABS, POM, PC, PP, PMMA, PA and so on;
2. Hardware: aluminum alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel, etc.
In all, The materials are divided into import and domestic according to the source, the quality of imported material is good that suitable for high requirements of parts, and domestic material is cheap, suitable for common prototype parts.
Generally speaking. At the early stage of making CNC prototype
includes the following steps:
1.Writing aprogram: According to the 3D drawing provided by the clients, The data programming is carried out, so that the computer gong can conduct knife cutting and surface turning processing according to the 3D data.
2, CNC machining.This is a common processing method of plastic prototypewith a lot of materials.The common materials is ABS,POM,PC,PA,PP,PMMA and so on.Different products are suitable for different materials.
3.Trim corners by hand, remove the borders, knock out the gypsum, remove the adhesive parts and get ready for the polishing of the products.
4. Processed according to the effect of finished surface products proposed by clients, such as polishing, printing, electroplating, laser carving and even fiber drawing and anodizing.
5. Product assembling and test functions. If the functional requirements can be achieved smoothly that the prototype is finished.Otherwise, the 3D drawing needs to be modified to improve the original design requirements.
