1、To Confirm the consistency between the prototype production process and the drawing to ensure the accuracy.

2、PC material in the prototype  oven or duct drying processing temperature to grasp, not too high.

3、 The prototype made of ABS and acrylic materials should control the amount of glue when bonding, so as to avoid cracking

4、Due to unstable adhesion of nylon, POM and aluminum alloy hand plates, it is generally not possible to disassemble and process them with CNC

5、For prototype assembly should be aligned with the position, can not stick to the wrong place, do not appear dislocation and gap

6、The prototype with R Angle should be polished carefully, do not make it into a right Angle, nor should the size be polished too small.

7、Pay attention the spray paint of prototype to the color difference, paint burst, drop paint etc of the problem
