1.CNC processing
It's done with a CNC machine. There are a wide of material for CNC processing including metal, plastic and even wood. 3. Silicone tooling:
Make a set of silicone mold first, and then pour liquid into the mold, Take out it when liquid cooling. The advantages of silicone tooling are fast time, less cost, small failure rate for processing.One silicone mold can make about 10-15 pieces of product, The materials for methods of Silicone tooling can be made by ABS, PC, PP, PA, soft rubber, transparent prototype .etc.
